Answer & Question

Yes. We make a stop at a petrol station where drinks & snacks can be bought.
Toilets are also available.

As per Dubai Immigration it is subject to change.

30-day visas get 9 day grace period.

90-day visas applicable to EU countries in the Schengen Area or Russian Passport holders do not get a grace period.

People on a cancelled employment visa also have no grace period and have 28-30 days exit the country. (You must exit by the date written on your cancellation letter).

In general the visa run consists of ‘Trip Costs’, which cover expenses for the transportation and the ‘Administration Costs’, which are the government fees necessary for the procedure. Currently there is an exit charge that the UAE assess and an entry fee that Oman charges for their visa; these constitute the Administration costs. For a detailed and current assessment of the actual dirham amounts that you will incur per trip please visit our ‘The Costs’ section. Alternatively you can call us or email us for clarification as well.

That depends on your particular situation and the number of days (if any) that you have overstayed in the country. If you are unsure about your situation please call us prior to the trip so we can figure it out for you.

Tickets can be paid to our driver on the day. Please try to bring exact change.

The whole process takes around 4-5 hours from the time we pick you up. In rare instances there are delays at the border due to the computer system being down or the arrival of a huge group of tourists in tandem. Other than that the above listed time applies.

Your current passport.
Cash to cover the trip expenses and administration costs.
All the necessary paperwork if you’re switching visa status.

As a rule of thumb if you’re doing a visa run from Abu Dhabi, then we’ll be visiting the Mezyad check post and if you’re doing it from Dubai then we will be heading to the Hatta-Oman border.
